Holy Temple Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the school.  It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, scholarship programs or other school-administered programs.

Procedure

Applicants are accepted based on past school performance, aptitude and achievement test, favorable references and an interview involving parents, applicant, and the Principal or her appointed representative. All new students at Holy Temple are subject to a conditional acceptance period. Students must maintain a 2.0 grade point average and exhibit appropriate behavior and attitude.  All new students are reviewed at the end of each nine-week grading period.

All students applying for admission for the first time must request an Admission Packet from the Main School Office. This admission packet contains an application for admission, as well as some other forms and information that will be of interest.  Please be aware that receiving the packet does not guarantee your child a place in the school

Students applying for admission for the first time must submit the following items:

  1. Completed application
  2. Copy of the most recent standardized test report.
  3.  A copy of the most recent report card
  4. Any education, medical, social, and psychological information/evaluations
  5. Student’s Immunization Records and Birth Certificate

Kindergarten students (K) must be 5 years-old by September 1st.  

  1. $125.00 Registration fee, non-refundable, non-transferable
  2. Authorization for Release of Records Form
  3. Tuition Contract
  4. Copy of Social Security Card
  5. Immunization Record
  6. Copy of Birth Certificate
  7. Parental Responsibilities / Discipline Agreement
  8. Student Honor Code Contract (6th -12th  grade students)
  9. Emergency Medical Form
  10. Green Teacher Information Card

A student will not be accepted to school without these items on file in the School Office.

Administrative personnel are available to answer any questions that may arise during the preparation and processing of your application by the school.

Transfer Students

The administration reserves the right to refuse admission to any student who is currently under discipline from a law enforcement agency, has been suspended or expelled from a school or has been a previous discipline problem.  An Admissions Counselor will review any application on an individual basis. Transfer students must enter with a “C” or above average.
